so I’ve been on raw ovarian glandular since the beginning of the month, and I’ve gone from 79,5 cm to 83,5cm! The last couple of days my skin started getting a bit irritated..don’t know if it’s the BO or something else..Maybe it’s because I’m pms’ing? but I was considering starting with 2 capsules twice a day now,,..how long did you wait until you started taking a higher dose? Should I start when I get my period again?
