Hello Everyone.
I'm fairly new to BO, but am a bit confused. I've read through quite a number of threads here and have found that quite a few members have had major success with BO while on BCP, but on the same note advise against taking BO with PM or other herbs containing estrogen/progestin. My confusion is why is it okay to take BO with BCP (mainly estrogen or progestin or a combination of them both), but it's not okay to take BO with PM, Fenugreek, Fennel, or other herbs containing estrogen/progestin? Especially if you're not taking or prefer to not take BCP. What are your thoughts on this?
If there is a thread about this, can someone please be so kind to link it?
