Hello I'm Mira (32f) I'm new to the site and have a question about Bovine ovary pills. I started about 9 months ago and was following someone's suggestion of 6 pills a night till my period which then Id stop taking them and start taking 1000mg maca instead for 7 days then resume bovine. Well I saw a little growth nothing crazy however I was curious if I need a PCT or anything if I wish to give my body a break? I don't want to just stop only to find out my estrogen production is destroyed and that I should of weened off it of started something else to get my body back in gear.
I'm hoping I didn't screw myself by going so long with no break ?
