How can I know BO has started working

Hi,
I just started taking 4 to 6 pills per day for the past week. How will I know when It starts to work? Does it elevate your estrogen levels permanently in as little as a week?
If I stop now and continue in a week or so, does it start over or does it work where it left off?

Tempurature too high for Glandular

Hi everyone! I'm Rayne and I'm just starting BO. I know that temperature is an important component of glandular breast growth, so I was wondering if it was possible to be maybe a little too high or is it possible that I'm taking my temperature the wrong way?

I just started yesterday and my temperature was at 99.0 F and 98.8 F. I'm not really worried about a fever or anything like that, but I was wondering if there was anything wrong with having a temperature too high?

Has anyone tried Solaray Female Caps? From what I’ve read, its a good brand and it has Bovine Ovary, Uterus, Mammary, and Pituitary, plus a bunch of feminizing herbs and some sites sell it for less than 8 bucks. Any product that contains all of those glandulars usually costs at least 30 bucks.

I finally stepped out of the closet. I told my family that I'm transgender and starting hormones on the 5th of July. I do have the support of my family and some of my friends. I have already talked to my doctor about sexual reassignment surgery. I'm hoping to get the surgery within a year. I will still be on here everyday to see how everyone is doing. Thank you everyone for your help and guidance.

Stopping BO, side effects?

So I've been on BO for about 8 months, and want to try taking a break. If I stop, do I stop gradually, or just cold turkey? Will I experience any side effects from stopping? Like spotting or anything? Won't it be a sudden, drastic shock to my body if I just stop? Anyone else have advice/input?

Hey, so I've read so many times that soy is a no-go when using bovine ovary, because it's phyto-estrogens combat with the estrogen inducing properties of the supplement (or something to that effect...) and will stall progress.

It sounds legit, but I'm wondering if you or anyone you know has had first hand experience with that? I'd love to know.

4 Months on BO - Time to stop?

I've been on BO for 4 months and have seen about one inch taken off my waist and one inch added to my hips. Not much on the top. I would like to see more but I don't want big breasts, so I am going to stop now. Is this a good time to stop or could I continue and get bigger hips to fill out the skinny jeans even more?

I have been on bo for about six months I take about 8 pills a day (swan sons) if I skip doses I lose swelling within a day so I don't want to stop taking them but I am not seeing any new growth. Should I up my dosage or try something else? I don't experience any growth pain at all

Sudden early period after starting BO

Hi everyone,

I started taking 1 pill per day of Swanson's BO about 6 days ago. Within 2 days I felt tingling and soreness in my breasts, had a little growth and was very excited! On the 4th day I started spotting, and now it is full blown, heavy period. My period just ended around 9 days ago... So, my question is, what would you guys do? It is a little disconcerting that this is not just spotting, although I do believe that my hormones will straighten themselves out once I stop. I was really, really excited about seeing growth so quickly. (I'm a AA cup). I began NBE in January and had some growth with PM that all went away when I stopped taking it. So, this was my plan B. Maybe I should take 1 every other day, or take half a cap every day?

I'm only taking BO, eat very healthy with a lot of protein, no other supplements currently except fish oil a few times a week.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Combining BO and Maca root?

Hey everyone! I've been taking 4x swansons BO a day for a month or so now and haven't seen any growth which may be due to the fact I haven't been consistent enough with protein and collagen shakes as well as massage and noogling. I'm going to try and be more consistent with these but I've been wanting to try maca for a while now but had heard it shouldnt be combined with BO for some reason. Does anyone know if this is true, or would it be okay to combine them?
If anyone has combined maca and BO it would be awesome to hear their thoughts Smile

Will BO work on a male who has already had Bilaterial Orchietomy?
What effects of BO after orchietomy, can one expect?
What is a recomended regimen for males after Orchietomy?
Would a pituitary glandular be helpful when taking BO?
At what frame of time will one start noticing changes to overall body?
I have read that some take Kelp along with the BO, dose kelp increase body temp?

All information will be greatly appreciated.

Hi!! I'd like to learn more about different type of pills ( sorry for my english, I don't speak very well).
I never knew "raw ovary glandular" or andrenal, kidney, pancreas, liver, heart pills..or pueraria mirifica..
( why you use these? what are their use or propriety?)
I have lost 10kg of wheight, so my breast told me goodbye ( -1 cup)
and so I will start massages, but I want learn more about this pills.. how can use these? how many time a day? before or after meals? this pills could be negativ for my healt or body? And I'd like to buy plumping cream ( which is the best or you?)..

I have been reading these threads for a while and researching NBE. I came across this forum accidentally when I discovered (saliva testing) that I had low progesterone over a year ago.

About me:

Female
One child- breast fed
Age 39
Measurements 29.5 under bust, 33 bust, 26.5 waist, 37.5 hips

Bra size is about 34a ish but I usually wear sports bras with extra
Padding

Have been experimenting with herbs for over a year and recently started a program based on what I have read here and other research:

Morning upon waking (naturopath told me that this is the best time to take supplements because pituitary gland is most active)
Msm
Maca
Kelp
Raw female
Cortrex
L-tyrosine
Stress b vitamins

Just got BO and pituitary in the mail so will slowly add that. Also not sure of exact dosages....
I was intimidated by glandulars until I realized that my naturopath had put me on one (cortrex)

I just started this last week after a break. I lost weight after I stopped taking fenugreek.

BO male grow hips&rear

Hi,
I'm a 36 yo male.
I discovered BO online last night and ordered some.
I want to start taking it to increase volume in my hips and rear.
I am not transgender and I don't really care for having volume on my chest. (Breasts) although I'm not convinced that breasts will grow to the degree that I won't look like a man anymore.
There aren't enough before and after results online to make any degree of judgement for myself.
So I'm going for it and just gonna see how my body applies the BO.
Any tips from those with experience is welcome.

From 4/10/16 to 4/16/16 I'd been in an alarming state.
I could not control my emotions.
I had no focus or drive. I couldn't seem to get anything done.
I even thought about suicide.
Out of nowhere, I would start to cry uncontrollably.
I almost lost it in front of my boss on the ride home.
I had to come out to a very close friend. She knows everything about me now and my plans to transition.
I texted her on the ride home with my boss and she told me to come right over. As I got to her house I couldn't hold it back anymore. She opened the door and I finally lost it. I was in full crying mode. I couldn't stop for about 15 minutes. She asked me what started it. I told her What I was doing at the time. Nothing stressful or emotional. Just my usual work. Well she dug very deep and like I said I finally came out of the closet. I talked to my mother later that night and I told her that it's been a emotional roller coaster ride. Ups and bad downs. Now she doesn't know what I'm doing. But has noticed my breasts. She just thinks my hormones are off and the upcoming doctors visit will help. But mom said that the way I'm feeling is like a woman who is on her monthly minus certain body parts. This got me thinking, how can this be. I'm a biological male.

This is what I'm taking.
BO, three pills in the morning and three more at night.
PM, three pills in the morning and three more at night. I make my own pills size 000.
Saw palmetto, three in the morning.
Fenugreek, three in the morning.
PC cream in the morning.

I would appreciate any help or thoughts you can give me.

BO Swanson Hairy body Acne

Hi!
I've started to use BO by Swanson during this summer....well I used it for about 2weeks than stopped because I got really crazy acne on my face, neck, head, shoulders and back....so oily skin and hair...the I used progesterone cream and vitex an it was better. After few days I started again and stopped after few days and so on and so on....I would like to gain weight and grow breasts on BO. The breast are more meaty , slightly bigger even after period...so It probably works...however I noticed that I have small hairs on the inner side of my legs, above my lips...what do u think that this comes from??? I am drinking peppermint tea, spearmint tea, I dont know...Isn't BO supposed to change tetsosterone to estrogen? Is this from too much estrogen or what??? A year ago I used Pm for some weeks...it was horrible, smaller breasts, hairs on my neck...I am really scared of changing into a hairy creature :Big Grin
